Vitamin D and the Sun

Here’s a  follow up to the ‘nothing healthy about a tan’ post.

Vitamin D comes from the sun. How much sun do you need?

10-15 minutes (full body) on a standard UV index of 7 day. (Full body = front and back on the body, arms & legs.) 
That’s 30 min in the middle of the day in Dubbo in winter (Max UV index 3)
