Rosies Honey Mustard Dressing sells each month at the Dubbo markets, and it’s great. I’ve tried making it at home a few times and can’t get it right. Just came across this recipe for Honey Mustard dressing and it’s great.
It goes well with plain lettuce and tomato salad, but my favourite is to have it on a salad made of warm baby beets, small pieces of oven baked sweet potato and spanish onions, shredded lettuce, and some lamb steaks just cooked and liced thinly.
