I just made this up becuase I have 2 Aeropresses and I don’t want to spend money on what seems to be overly expensive setups to drip some cold water through some coffee.

Cheap but fantastic cold drip coffee.

The setup is a normal aeropress on the bottom – I have a stainless steel filter in this one. This is half full of coffee – adjust the grind to your taste. I use fairly coarse. A paper filter on top trimmed down so it fits inside the aeropress cylinder. Another funnel on top, with another Aeropress that holds the ice, with another funnel to hold extra ice.

Control the drip rate by how much ice you put in the top at a time.

I based this on a similar version I was on th eweb with an upside down plastic water bottle on top, but this one is more stable and the ice seems to make a smoother coffee.
