I have the same problem as Paul Burgess above. I have unlocked Promise Utility, but the rebuild button is greyed out and the “Disk Array” tab says “Incomplete array found in the subsystem” and “Incomplete, Missing PD”. I’ve replaced drives before, without problem. Any clues would be helpful.

Says “Failed to start rebuild: all the logical drive on the array are eitehr online or offline”.

Not very helpful, obviously it would be one or the other… and there doesn’t appear to be anyway to force it online. Argh.

If Pegasus Manual could be that clear and simple!
I know technology, but frankly , after reading the manual almost from cover to cover, I couldn’t even get to activate the greyed Rebuild button… frustrating.
Now rebuilding a failed 3TB drive in a pegasus R4 RAID5 thanks to you.

The Pegasus manual and other instructions online require a rocket science degree. Only difference is my rebuild is taking much longer; it’ll probably be about 24 hrs to rebuild one 4TB drive.
